GRINDING POWDER REGENERATION SYSTEM

The system recovers the powders from the grinding filters and, via a dissolution unit, generates a compound with the desired density. This is transferred and fed back into the production cycle, integrating it directly into the mill recipe via a dosing skid.

Dosing between water and powder is set via the interface keypad, which also integrates material loading management. The electrical panel is equipped with a PLC for the various adjustments of the pump motor, water/powder ratios and the automation of the system itself. Density control is carried out using the continuous weight measurement of the mixture, with the advantage of having continuous density control without direct contact with the material. An automatic module for dosing the dissolved grinding powder, placed close to the grinding system, completes the supply.
