The LCube (Long Life Lining) composite lining is one of a kind in the ceramic sector and allows a further technological leap towards maximum grinding efficiency, reduced labour costs and production downtime.

The LCube lining combines ease of maintenance typical of rubber with greater durability and efficiency of Alubit® (the lining becomes an active part of the grinding process). The guaranteed minimum service life is double than that of the traditional rubber solution, while maintaining the same times for its replacement: this is why its installation is particularly suitable for the 1st grinding chamber/module of a continuous MTC/MMC mill. Various thick LCUBE composite lining solutions are available:
  • Load head: ensures life uniformity with smooth LCUBE panels in the central area and rubber panels in the peripheral area.
  • Shell: suitable for high wear zones and for solving technological problems in the grinding cycle, composed of modular monolithic panels with variable morphology.
  • Smooth shell: suitable for high wear zones and for solving technological problems in the grinding cycle, composed of modular monolithic panels with constant cross-section.
