The SWAP dissolver uses powder recovered from cyclones or atomizer / process filters and scraps from pressing to generate slip with the desired density value, so as to directly reintroduce it into the production process.

Water and powder dosing is set via the interface keypad.
The electrical panel is equipped with a PLC for the adjustment of pump motor, water-powder ratios and system automation.
The density is controlled by load cells installed on the system, which measure the weight of the mixture, ensuring
continuous density control.
